Always on the look out for presents for birthdays, weekends away, Christmas, weddings, newborns,... for all ages and genders. I thought I would share a few websites I have found useful:
Makeandgood.com sell a selection of home, lifestyle products from independent UK Designers and Makers. Each item is designed with an attention to detail and levels of care and quality that would never be achievable in mass production. Alexandra Hayes founded Made + Good in November 2017, wanting to sell unique products full of character, showing the marks of being handmade. The importance of sourcing ethically, looking for products that are made from sustainable materials and designed to last, is also very much part of her ethos.
Be aware that you may need to wait 4-6 weeks for your order.
Another great website to find some great goodies is:
Originally founded as a gift subscription service in 2011. The concept was to get people excited about receiving post again and send people gifts tailored to their interests every month in order for them to receive something else than a bill ( (Hence the name Not Another Bill). Following a few years later was their online gift shop where you can now find a number of fun, interesting gifts, many of which you can personalise.
So if you are ever in a pickle and can't find ideas for presents, take a look at these two websites. You might feel inspired.
