Hi.

Welcome to my blog. A small insight in things I have found useful and beautiful.  I hope you enjoy it!

Bundle Beds

Bundle Beds

Nothing worse than sleeping on a hard surface and waking with every shoulder muscle aching from a bad night sleep. You will be glad to know that those days are over. No more big and heavy blow up mattresses and pumps filling your car boot, Bundle Beds are the new way to camp.

Inspired by an incredible camping experience in the Australian outback - sleeping well but having to carry a huge roll out Australian swag, followed by her job as a nanny in London and having to manage sleepover parties and finally a camping trip with friends in Wales, stuffing huge equipment in a tiny VW Polo and then waking up in the middle of the night finding the airbed had deflated and the bedding in a huge puddle, Lucy Bartlett decided to find a way of having a good night sleep away from home.

Fast forward a few months, and presenting BUNDLE BEDS! Officially launched in summer 2017, Bundle Beds have reinvented glamping with their amazing beds. No more polyester, the beds are made from 100% cotton fabrics that can be easily washed after every use. They only way 6.5kg and include the mattress, the duvet and the pillow. This neat little bundle, unfolds and with the opening of a valve, which lets air into the mattress. After a minute, you then close the valve and settle into your comfortable bed for the night. Genius and hassle free!

“No sweating over foot pumps and no waking up on a deflated mattress! We want to encourage people and families to get out camping, visiting friends and going on adventures - life, especially with a family, can be complicated enough, and we just wanted to make it a little simpler.

It took us a while to find these magic memory foam mattresses but we're pleased we did. They are slim but comfortable and will self-inflate – all you need to do is open the valve.

On their very first unroll, they may need a few extra breaths to reach full inflation – or, if you can, we’d recommend leaving them overnight unrolled, with the valve open, when you first receive your Bed to ensure the memory foam remembers it’s lofty fill. After that you’ll be good to go: unclip, unzip, unroll, and sleep!” says Lucy.

These beds are not only useful for camping but also for sleep overs. Wether the kids are staying with you or your kids are being invited, the option of a Bundle Bed means that they are guaranteed a good night sleep without the problem of finding a bed for them.

Bundle Beds are very kindly offering a 10% discount until 31 December 2018 if you use the code Olivia10.
